When Julia Louis-Dreyfus went public with her breast cancer diagnosis about four months ago, there was a wonderful outcry of support from her fans…and, of course, from her kids. Best known for her role as Elaine from Seinfeld, Louis-Dreyfus took to Instagram to share the difficult news.
That was September 28, 2017. Followers quickly rushed to their keyboards to reassure and empathize with the actress. As examples:
@nataliebrownlv I am a HUGE fan of yours, and wanted to wish you all the best during your breast cancer fight. You are such a champion at everything you do, so beating cancer will be one of those things to add to your list. xxx
@mrsaverett67 Beautiful woman you can do this! It isn’t easy but you’ll come they even better than before. Cancer has away of shaking you by the shoulders HARD and waking you up. Life is worth every treatment you go thru.
@marypineoj I just got diagnosed with breast cancer. It’s a tough pill to swallow but time to be strong and fight. Prayers to you. Stay strong.
And, stay strong she did. Just yesterday, Louis-Dreyfus completed her chemotherapy treatment. To mark the occasion, the Veep star shared a hilarious and sweet video created by her two sons, Henry, 25, and Charlie, 20.
“My beauty boys @henryhallmusic @charlie_hall made this for me today, my last day of chemotherapy,” the actress, Mom and survivor wrote on Instagram. “Pretty swell, right? Ain’t they sweet?”

Congratulations to Julia and “awwwww” to her good boys for helping celebrating their mother with such a great tribute.
Last, we wanted to share an Instagram picture Louis-Dreyfus shared that perfectly depicts how we all feel about that cruel beast called cancer.
Atta’ girl, Julia. You got this.
