Got Kids? Got an Hour? Fall Crafting for the Non-Pinterest Mom. No Glue Gun Required!

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could spend hours with our kids, crafting seasonal masterpieces to display on our Thanksgiving table? Sure would. For those that have the time and the inclination, Martha Stewart has a few corn husk doll ideas to share with you.

Cute? For sure. But, the corn husk dolls looked a little over our pay grade. And, really, anything with the word glue gun in the instructions…? Ain’t. Gonna. Happen.

So, we created a list of simple, under-an-hour projects for busy Moms. No glue gun required! Here you go.

Apple Paper Plate

Materials: Yarn, Paper Plate, Hole Punch, Construction Paper, Scissors, and Liquid Glue

Time Required: 15 – 30 minutes

Materials: Red, Green and Brown Construction Paper, TP Roll, Tape, Scissors
